    Water/Sewer Billing & Business Licenses - in the Finance Department (first floor)
    Open Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

    Planning and Building (second floor)
    Open for walk-ins Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.   (Building Division closed 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. on Thursday)
    Open by appointment Monday - Friday 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

    Engineering (second floor)
    Open Monday - Thursday, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

    Code Compliance (first floor)
    Appointments are strongly encouraged as the Code Compliance Officer is often in the field investigating. Email code-enforcement@burlingame.org, or call 650-558-7208, to submit a complaint or to make an appointment.

    City Attorney, City Manager, and City Clerk (first floor)
    The front desk is open Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., but appointments are strongly encouraged as the City Attorney, City Manager, and City Clerk are often in meetings. Call 650-558-7204 to schedule an appointment.
