Department Hours & Location

The Planning Division is open for business.  The Planning Division is open Monday through Friday as follows:

Walk-ins:  8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Appointments: 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Phone calls are answered Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.  At all other times, you may leave a message and staff will return your call within 24 hours.  You may receive a faster response by sending an email to Planning Division staff at planningdept@burlingame.org.  Please include detailed information in your email.
