    Commercial

    Design Review is required for new construction, additions, and major changes to building facades for commercial, industrial, mixed use, educational, or institutional developments in any zoning district.  These projects require review by the Planning Commission, and will be reviewed for conformance with the Commercial Design Guidebook .

    Projects will also be reviewed for compliance with the Zoning and Parking Regulations.
