The City of Burlingame has received an application for redevelopment of a 12-acre site with three, 11-story office/life science buildings totaling 1.42 million square feet at 1200-1340 Bayshore Highway, zoned BFC.  The project includes two, 10-story parking structures each with two levels of below grade parking.

Upcoming Planning Commission and City Council Meetings
The Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing for this project on March 11, 2024.  City Council public hearings have been scheduled on April 1, 2024 and April 15, 2024.

Public Review and Comment Period: The Draft EIR was available for a 45-day public review between September 20, 2023 and November 9, 2023.  

Document Availability:  In addition to accessing the document in the link above, a hard copy of the Draft EIR can be viewed at the City of Burlingame Planning Division, 501 Primrose Road, Burlingame, CA 94010 (counter hours 8 AM -12 PM Monday - Friday), and at the Burlingame Public Library, 480 Primrose Road, Burlingame, CA 94010.
