Multi-Unit Residential Project

The City of Burlingame has received an application for construction of a new 8-story, 311-unit residential building with 2.5 levels of basement parking at 1766 El Camino Real, zoned NBMU.  A mixed-use project was previously approved at this location in 2021, however this multi-unit residential project is now being proposed in place of that approved project.

The project is currently under review and will be returning to the Planning Commission for final action at a future hearing that has not yet been scheduled (est. early Summer 2022).
