Mixed Use Office Building

This mixed use office building at 240 Lorton Avenue was completed in April 2019.   The  building includes 13,801 square feet of office space on the upper floors and 1,375 square feet of retail space on the ground floor. 

A total of 15 parking spaces are provided on-site; 14 spaces in a mechanical vehicle lift system and 1 at-grade disabled-accessible space. This represents a 31-space balance. Payment of in-lieu fees is provided as an option through the Downtown Specific Plan for projects within the parking sector. The applicant paid parking in-lieu fees for the balance of spaces required for the proposed project.
