The City of Burlingame has approved an application to redevelop the property at 240 Lorton Avenue. The site will be redeveloped with a four-story, mixed use office building with 1,375 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and 13,801 square feet of office space on the upper floors. Payment of in-lieu fees is provided as an option through the Downtown Specific Plan for projects within the parking sector.
