    The City of Burlingame has approved an application for construction of a new four-story, 9-unit residential condominium at 1457 El Camino Real.

    The Planning Commission approved the application on January 27, 2020.  The staff report, attachments and proposed plans are provided below.

    The following are pertinent details regarding the proposed development:

    Site Area: 8,160 SF 
    Proposed Units: 9 residential condominium units
    Parking: 20 spaces 
    Building Height: 4 stories, 47'-3" to highest roof elevation. Conditional Use Permit requested for building height exceeding 35' -0".
